Cosmichrome® Base Coat
Every Cosmichrome finish starts here. The base coat is formulated to to chemically bond with the Cosmichrome metal layer. Extraordinary flow and gloss. Resistant to runs. Easy to apply. If someone accidentally touches it your can clean off the fingerprints with our base coat cleaner. If you make a plating mistake you can strip off the metal with bleach, clean it with base coat cleaner and re-plate it. No sanding and starting over. No other spray chrome base coat has these features. Dries in one hour at 140F or 24 hours at 72F.
